Jenny Mann
Creative Director & Brand Strategist
Jenny has spent more than 20 years working at every level of the packaging and brand design world, from mass retail to specialty CPG to agency work across industries.
Her career started in the gift and consumer products industry, where she spent a decade as an art director designing packaging, retail displays, and marketing materials for products sold in Walmart, Office Max, and major retailers across the country. That experience gave her something most designers never get, a deep understanding of what retail actually requires, from shelf hierarchy and production specs to compliance awareness.
She and her husband Brian later launched B.T. Leigh’s Sauces & Rubs, a small batch CPG brand that grew from a home kitchen hobby into an award-winning, retail-distributed product line. Building that brand gave Jenny a perspective on CPG design that no agency career could replicate. She has lived every decision her clients face.
Today, Jenny leads all brand strategy, packaging design, and creative direction at Mann Made Creative.

Brian Leigh
Ecommerce & Marketplace Director
Brian brings a different but equally essential perspective to MMC. Before co-founding B.T. Leigh’s Sauces & Rubs, he spent 20+ years in technology, working across IT and software quality assurance. That technical foundation gave him a rigorous, systematic approach to building and evaluating digital systems that shows up in every ecommerce project Mann Made Creative takes on.
As co-founder and operator of B.T. Leigh’s, he also understands ecommerce strategy the way only an operator can. He’s not a designer who learned the technical side. He’s a technology professional who became a CPG brand builder, and that combination is rare.
Brian leads all ecommerce design and build, Shopify development, and Amazon and third-party marketplace work at Mann Made Creative.
